TIME INC TAKEOVER A BOON FOR ELEVATION CAPITAL VALUE FUND

Elevation Capital Value Fund: On 26 November, Merdith Corp announced that it was acquiring Time Inc. for USD $18.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at USD $2.8 billion.
